We caught up with Sabre Norris, a skateboarding and surfing athlete, to chat about the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards! Sabre is a member of the hilare Norris Family, and has also appeared on Ellen!

The Norris Fam are nominated for a Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award in the #Famous category, so we asked Sabre all the big questions, and we’ve got the Norris Fam’s voting call out videos for you to LOL at, too! Check it all out below!

KZ: What is it like to be nominated for the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards?

S: It’s pretty epic, but I wouldn’t say we’ve got much of a chance of winning… because the category is #Famous and we are not that famous. So, we’ve been voting for ourselves because not many other people are going to. It’s what you need to do if you want to win!

KZ: How will you and your family celebrate if you guys win your category?

S: We would want to go out for dinner, but our parents say that they’re “trying to save money”, even though the other day mum came home with a $1,000 painting… It was just scribbles! Naz, who is 6-years-old, could draw better than that! We could have bought $200 worth of doughnuts with that money! 50 doughnuts for each of us!

KZ: What is it like to be famous and what kind of work goes into becoming well known for your craft?

S: Well, I’m not famous. All I have done is call my dad fat on TV. I don’t know how on earth I got nominated for a Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award for #Famous. I think that you have to ask a real famous person this question.

KZ: Do you get nervous when you compete? If so, how do you push past it?

S: Well yeah, I get nervous all the time. Sometimes I feel like vomiting because I get so nervous. Exactly like how I feel after dinner on my birthday (because I always eat way too much!). To push past this is I just admit that I’m nervous, because being nervous just means that I want to do a good job.

KZ: How important is balancing school with surfing, skating and other activities?

S: Keeping up with schoolwork is really important because I want to learn and get smart. I would like to go to university and study nutrition, or maybe journalism.

The 2017 Kids Choice Awards will air at 5pm, Monday March 13 on Nickelodeon!
