HOW TO LIFT A MATE

You don't need to have massive muscles to fling people into the air... try this instead!

What You'll Need:
- A mate
- Big, heavy book
- Strong plastic shopping bag (with no holes)
- A set 'o healthy lungs and lots of puff power!

What To Do:

1. Lay shopping bag on a table top or bench so the its opening hangs over the edge.

2. Put the book on top of the bag, and get your mate to sit on it.

3. Bunch up the opening of the bag to make a mouth piece to blow into.

4. Blow into the bag as hard as you can. Keep blowing until it inflates and lifts your mate off the book.

What The? Air's got mighty pushing power - the air from you lungs is spread over a wide area, so it can support a lot of weight.

KZ Tip: If you find it too hard to blow up the bag on your own, take it in turns with another friend.
