KZ: Hi Ryan! LEGO Masters has a great combination of skill, suspense, and laughs! What is the funniest moment in the new Australia vs The World season, in your opinion?

R: Its always funny watching Hamish do his thing, I think the funniest moment is when I have to try and keep a straight face when he is up to no good!

KZ: If this year is all about Australia vs The World (with Aussie teams and international teams), how hard was it to design new challenges that would test everyone’s skills?

R: Luckily, we have a huge bank of challenges that we have thought of over the years, so we are not short of those, but we wanted to also add in some favourites that people really love, so its great mixing the two together.

KZ: Is there a challenge from a previous season you wish teams could do this year?

R: Well, no spoilers, but we did bring back a couple of fan favourites!

KZ: In three words, can you describe the key points of your favourite challenge in LEGO Masters: Australia vs The World?

R: Hamish, fancy dress!

KZ: Which LEGO world or universe would be the most fun to explore as a minifig?

R: For sure, I would love to be in Ninjago, there is never a dull moment in Ninjago City.

KZ: What were some of the unique challenges you faced while judging the rounds?

R: The quality of the builds is amazing! The contestants’ skills are so great, it made choosing winners (and the contestants that leave) really hard.

KZ: What was the most suspenseful moment in a challenge?

R: There’s a moment when we have a special guest come in to do some judging. I was barracking so hard for the teams and their builds, I really felt like I was their cheer squad, which made it super stressful.
