Maurice is an intelligent talking cat who travels to new towns and tricks the townsfolk with fake rat infestations. The only solution is to hire his friend Keith, who plays the pipes to lead the rats out of town. Their scam is the perfect money-making plan, until the pair meet Malicia and join a wild adventure to solve the mystery of her town.
