KZ: Hi Costa! How did you end up with your own show?

C: I fell in love with learning about nature. By chance I got a phone call from a friend’s cousin who worked in TV and they asked if I wanted to be interviewed. It all went from there!

KZ: Hi Molly! How did you end up on Gardening Australia Junior?

M: First, I received an audition request. I love gardening, so I was very excited and went for it! After the audition process, they asked if I would like to join Gardening Australia Junior! I was so happy, I jumped at the chance!

KZ: How did you get started in gardening, Costa?

C: As early as I can remember, I was crawling and walking around my grandparents’ garden, eating the sweetest strawberries and carrots and watching my grandfather‘s every move.

KZ: What other hobbies do you have, Molly?

M: I enjoy doing acting, dance classes, netball and basketball at school, playing soccer in the park with my friends, and riding my bike.

KZ: Costa, which plant do you think is underrated and deserves more attention?

C: Soil is underrated as a living thing. Too often it is called dirt, and most people think about dirt as being dirty and of no real value. Soil is a living thing and the more you learn about it, the more you realise how extraordinary it is!

KZ: Molly, can you pick three words to describe the other hosts you have worked with?

M: Costa is wacky, hyper and hilarious. Clarence is knowledgeable, funny and kind. Tammy is gentle, caring, and pretty.

KZ: Molly, you’re also an actor, and previously starred in Thor: Love and Thunder! What was it like being in a Marvel movie?

M: I was a part of the main cast in Thor: Love and Thunder! My trailer was next to Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Mighty Thor (Natalie Portman) and other famous people like Christian Bale, Tessa Thompson, and Taika Waititi (the funniest man I’ve ever met). I saw them all the time and played with their kids in our break! I always dreamed of filming with these superstars, but never thought it would happen when I was only nine.
