PAY ATTENTION

In The ACME Files, it’s tempting to speed through the dialogue, but don’t! Some lines hold important clues about how to answer next or which number to dial. Pay close attention, you never know when a key detail might help crack the case! These files are important for earning XP to unlock more of the main campaign, too!

EASTER EGGS

In the Cairo stealth mini-game, try hiding near the dog on the left… you might just be able to give it a pet! Oh, and keep an eye on the street art, you may spot some sneaky references to past Carmen Sandiego games! The Deluxe Edition even has a bonus caper going up against Carmen Sandiego herself!

TAKE IT TO THE BANK

Carmen Sandiego travels all over the world in her quest to take down VILE, and this even includes Australia! You’ll drop by the Great Barrier Reef, the Daintree Rainforest and Brisbane’s South Bank. While you’re at South Bank, look closely – you might spot an iconic Aussie bin chicken (ibis) sneaking around. Crikey!
