AN UNFRIENDLY WAVE

Each mission has several phases. You might set up comms relays, then destroy floating masks, and finish things off by fighting a big bad boss. Enemies come in waves so split your focus between picking them off and the objective, and pop health potions when you’re getting low. Save your cooldown abilities for when you really need them!

GEARING UP

Your inventory can quickly become cluttered so clear it out regularly by recycling anything of a rarity lower than what you’re using… aaaand everything else unless you find a rune combo that’s cooking. Since you can have three gadgets equipped, you can double down or triple stack perks, so think about what’s most useful for your play style.

GREEN LANTERNS

Any essence you’ve stockpiled can be spent at the vendors in the Supernova Academy hub area. The results are random, but you can at least choose the weapon you want to drop. You should also talk to any characters with a green beam above their head, as they may have a new mission for you to take on.
