SKILLS TO PAY THE BILLS
Always look to see what traits each potential new staff member has before hiring them. Many of these are positive but some are negative! Try and pick staff with a skill too â perks like extra speed and better customer service are super useful! Missing an important skill?
DONâT FORGET TO DECORATE!
Just like a bee you need to generate buzz! Each exhibit brings its own buzz but to truly max it out you also need to decorate! This simply means placing things like plants and wall hangings. Ensure each exhibit and area has a 5/5 decoration rating, and make sure you satisfy the âBuzz Bonusâ requirement too.
KEEP âEM HAPPY
Customer happiness and staff happiness often require similar things - food, drink, bathrooms and places to rest. Your staff may also grow unhappy with their pay. If this happens you can bump it up! You can also assign specific duties for each staff member. Someone with the âAccomplished Admissionâ skill should be working at a ticket booth, for example!
