KZ: How much gardening did you do before being on the show, and how much do you do now?
J: I’ve always been outdoorsy and I love nature. Before being on the show, I've spent a lot of time outside exploring, planting veggies, and helping out in the garden whenever I could. Since joining Gardening Australia Junior, I’ve taken it to the next level! I’ve learned so much and now spend even more time gardening and trying out new ideas. It’s been awesome to turn something I’ve always loved, into something I do even more now.
KZ: Have you learned anything new or surprising while working on Gardening Australia Junior?
J: Every time we film, I learn something new, and it’s amazing to see how small changes in gardening can make a big impact. I also really enjoyed the production side of filming and learning what happens behind the camera to put this all together. I've also learned quite a few interesting facts about Costa's beard along the way!
KZ: What would K-Zoners be surprised to learn about you?
J: K-Zoners might be surprised to know I’m into so many different things! I love playing soccer and staying super active, but I’m also really into Xbox gaming and art when I’m not outside. I’m great at chess and poker - I love the strategy behind them. I’m a total jokester and prankster, always finding ways to make people laugh. I’m also pretty good at doing accents and impressions, which I use to keep everyone entertained. There’s never a dull moment when I’m around.
