KZ: Hi Gentry! Can you share an interesting behind the scenes fact about your yoyoing?

G: One time I tried yoyoing 10 feet under water in the ocean. It was almost impossible to do tricks, but I got a pretty sweet photo!

KZ: Is there a trick you are currently trying to achieve?

G: One thing I love about yoyoing is there are an unlimited amount of tricks possible, so there’s always a new trick to learn. 

KZ: What would K-Zoners be surprised to learn about you?

G: A lot of people assume I was always good at yoyoing, but there was a point where I didn’t know how to do any yoyo tricks. Once I picked up a yoyo and challenged myself, I realized I was more capable than I could have ever imagined. If there’s something you want to learn, all you have to do is try!

KZ: If you could teach any fictional character how to yoyo, who would you choose?

G: I would teach Spider-Man how to yoyo. Can you imagine him slinging webs across buildings in one hand and swinging a yoyo from the other? It would be so cool!
