In honour of the totally awesome The LEGO Movie, we're posting this super tasty recipe for Taco Tuesday!

What you need:

• Taco shells
• Taco seasoning
• Salsa
• Lettuce
• Grated cheese
• Tomato
• Mince beef

What to do:

1. Dice (slice into small cubes) the tomato and lettuce.
2. Cook the beef in a pan then add taco seasoning, cook until brown then remove off heat. Ask your folks to help with this bit.
3. Put chopped lettuce and diced tomato into taco shell, add mince beef, a slurp of salsa and sprinkle grated cheese.

Enjoy! As always, get your parents help and permission before getting all My Kitchen Rules in the err… kitchen.
