The Aussie Boomers have grabbed an 82-75 win over Lithuania at the
FIBA Basketball World Cup.

It was a seriously exciting game with the Boomers playing some awesome b-ball giving them a 19 point lead by the end of the first half. Lithuania made a come-back in the third quarter trailing Australia by three points but the Boomers were too good and eventually took out the game. The team’s defence was at its best and John Ingles was the man of the match scoring a MASSIVE 18 points!

The win places the Boomers in second spot in their group with games against Mexico and Angola still to come.
