Not content with simply decking out his own house in blinding Christmas light displays, otherwise regular dude David Richards has taken over the Canberra city and broken a Guinness World Record. Yep, he’s snagged the Largest Ever LED Light Image Display category!
The record was broken using 1,194,380 LED lights to form a 3D image of three Christmas presents. The display covered 3865m2 and the lights would measure an AMAZING total of 120kms if laid end to end. Wow!
As if the display needed any extra feel-good factor, the display is raising money for SIDS and Kids ACT. Now that’s defs in the spirit of the season.
