How do I get three stars on my island to unlock K.K. Slider in Animal Crossing: New Horizons?

For the K.K. Slider concert, start pulling weeds. Plus, keep your island clear of mess like turnips or garbage! You want to attract at least eight villagers. Try building lots of outside furniture (dodge doubles). Hammer together fences. Build bridges. Nab fruit trees and flowers from other islands. And chuck in a couple of inclines.
