If you thought mammoths were extinct, you’re right!
They existed around 10,000 years ago and there are no living mammoths today... or are there?
Scientists found some frozen mammoth specimens (sooo Manny from Ice Age) in Siberia, and they might have figured out a way to bring back the extinct species: gene-splicing!
Melting a mammoth out of the ice with a hair dryer? I don't think so!
They'll try to splice the extinct mammoth's genes with it's modern day relly, the elephant!
