Donkey Kong Bananza Intro

Donkey Kong Bananza Intro

DK is back in a smashing new adventure! Use your simian super strength to tear up turf and bonk baddies with boulders, all while nabbing the ‘nanas! Available On: SWITCH 2

If there’s one thing Donkey Kong loves, it’s bananas, so it’s no wonder the appealing ape and a multitude of monkeys have arrived on Ingot Isle. This all-new setting has an abundance of a substance called Banandium, but before the hairy hero can get his hands on a haul, a vanguard of villains called VoidCo sink the whole place deep into the earth. DK must (literally!) dig deep and get that bounty of Banandium! How? The whole world is destructible! You can pound straight down into the ground! Crash your way into a wall and tear out a tunnel! Rip up a rock and swing it like a sword or set it spinning and ride it like a skateboard. It may sound chaotic – and it is! – but there are stacks of secrets to discover, making this messy mayhem a heap of fun! It’s great to see Donkey Kong starring in a brand new game and Bananza looks positively bananas!

DID YOU KNOW?

DK is joined on his quest by a quirky companion called Odd Rock who can sing songs with him to break down VoidCo obstacles and show the way forward. The songs are super useful, but it’s also awesome seeing the little lump dance atop DK as he rolls, leaps and bashes!
