How do you defeat Papu Papu in Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy? He keeps spinning his staff around and hitting Crash!

When the Papu Papu boss fight starts, dash behind him and jump on his chair. Once he hits the ground, jump on his head. Then jump back on his chair to avoid the spinning strikes. Take your time and leap on his head again. Jump back on the chair. Then his head. Repeat to win!
