How do I defeat the beast near the Aurora in Subnautica?

You don’t! At least not early on. Initially, avoid the giant Reaper Leviathan near the Aurora. Wait for it to swim by to make it to the Aurora for exploration. Later on, you can come back and battle when you have the Prawn Suit. Upgrade the Prawn Suit with a Torpedo Arm. And keep your distance while you battle the giant beast!
