You are a water spirit in Naiad and the river is your playground. You’ll swim all the way along the river’s length, through forests and caves, beside towns and roads. Naiad is meant to be relaxing and peaceful, with colourful graphics that look as though they were hand-painted on paper. You can dive under obstacles like a fish, kick ahead like a frog and sing like a bird. Singing is like casting a spell. Plants on the banks will bloom, love hearts will pop up above nearby animals and it can push back the darkness in spooky sections. Swimming is so much fun in Naiad and there are lots of interactions to enjoy, such as bringing lost ducklings back to their mother. As you move further down the river, Naiad’s lush world becomes more polluted and the puzzles get harder. It’s sad to see the environment change but a good reminder about how we should treat the natural world!
