Kirby And The Forgotten Land Intro

We’re remembering just how much we miss our beloved Pink Puff now that we know the Switch is getting Kirby and the Forgotten Land! Available in 2022 On: Switch

We looove superhero stories. Like, brooding Batman. Incredible Iron Man. And swinging Spider-Man (just to hero-pick a few). But there’s another one who deserves more superheroic kudos. Kirby! Wait. What superpowers? Well, the Pink Puff pinches the powers of pesky perilous peeps. Y’know, baddies. Then Kirby spins those powers back on them. Try bringing the boom with Bomb ability. Cutting down critters with Cutter. Or firing fired-up foes with Fire ability. Plus, stacks more. All these crit copy abilities are essential for taming this massive 3D world in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Plus, those sweet superpowers are for more than bonking bothered baddies on the bonce. Remember the fun in this place that time forgot. Rifle through busted buildings. And dig up clues to this very familiar ancient civilisation. Wait, is that a shopping mall? No time for sightseeing. You’ve got Waddle Dees to save. Plus, mountains of coins to nab.

DID YOU KNOW?

There have been more than 30 Kirby games since Kirby’s Dream Land on the old-school Game Boy. While pretty much all of them are action-platformers. Kirby and the Forgotten Land is the first one to be fully 3D. We’re keen to see what this new dimension brings to Kirby’s funtastic gameplay loop!
