Want more speed? Course you do! At the start of each race, hold accelerate after the ‘2’ appears in the starting countdown. Plus, drift around every corner for more boost. Jump at the top of ramps. And smash into LEGO set pieces on the tracks for boost + ride repair.

REAR-VIEW RASCALS

Like Mario Kart, LEGO 2K Drive has sweet race power-ups. What you get is random, but activating power-ups shoots them out ahead. Got a pest on your exhaust pipe? Hold down on the left stick. Then activate the power-up. It’ll pop behind you for a powerful surprise!

SIDEWAYS SKIDDIES

Drift is ace for boosting the boost meter, but it makes ride control trickier. There’s a fix – get into your drift, now use quickturn for heaps handy drift control! That combo’s ace for nailing the perf racing line. Plus, pop quickturn hooning around Bricklandia to nab items stacked close together.
