What You Need:
50g icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
- 1 teaspoon citric acid
- A plastic container with a lid
What To Do:
1. Put the icing sugar, bicarbonate soda and citric acid in the container, put the lid on and give it shake.
2. Have a taste!
What The? The citric acid and the bicarbonate of soda react with each other, when the two mix on with a liquid (your saliva). The sherbet tastes fizzy because of the little tiny gas bubbles that result from the reaction.
