Okay, so you’ve washed up on a strange island in The Survivalists. But you’re far from being washed up! Now it’s totes your time to shine. So cast away your concerns as the ultimate castaway. Minecraft fans will be right at home in this island getaway. Mine resources from rocks, trees, bushes (for starters). Then get crafty with crafting. The more you craft, the more recipes you unlock. And you’ll totes need to craft to survive. This procedurally generated paradise is packed with tucked-away secrets and rad surprises. One of the surprises? Some of the island inhabitants are out to get you. Unsurprisingly, you’ve got some monkey business in your back pocket. No, really. Actual monkeys. Find monkeys. Tame monkeys. Train monkeys. Use the Mimic System to get your monkey mates managing. Whatever monkeys see, monkeys do. They can mine. They can craft. They can help build your base. Plus, they’re super handy in a brawl.

PRO TIP!

The island you wash up on is pretty big. But it’s only one of many. When you get around to building a raft, go exploring for others. You’ll need other islands once you start running low on resources on the first one. Plus, metal used for high-end gear isn’t easy to dig up on that first island. Get exploring!
