At higher ranks, you earn more battle cash from the trainers at the Battle Chateau. Push your rank up and then combine your prize money with an Amulet Coin or the Prize Money O-Power for loads of dough.

Get Full Health for Free
Start a battle using Wi-Fi, and even if you lose nearly all of your health, you'll go back to the map with full health. Basically, this means that if you want a quick health boost, you can start a battle, wait for the other person to accept and then quit straight away, health restored!

Did you know..?
The first time you wake up at the start of the game (in your house) your character holds a Pikachu 3DS XL, while a Wii U is on the ground. If your character is a girl, it will be white, but if you're a boy, it's black.
