TAKE OUT THE TRASH

Be sure to take advantage of the many interactive elements in each of the levels. You can whack parking meters to send them flying at foes or grab garbage bins to fling at Foot Clan creeps. Even unexpected items like plush toys can do damage! Sometimes there’ll be power-ups hidden underneath, too.

CLOSE THE GAP

The best way to beat up bad guys is to literally get the jump on them. Why amble towards your attackers when you can leap into the air and do a diving kick? This gives you the first attack and an edge in the fight. Surrounded? Use jump and attack together for a spinning attack.

POP THOSE POWERS!

Each of the four friendly fighters has a potent Turtle Power special attack. Michaelangelo, for instance, leaps into the air and fires slices of pizza at all the enemies on screen! Unless you know there’s a boss around the corner you should use these powers as soon as they’re online, as you’ll soon build up another one.
