This rhythm romp can’t be pigeon-holed as every minigame has its own quirky setting and gameplay twist. One moment you’re cooing along to a song or copying the actions of the leader, the next you’re shooting notes on a keyboard with a slingshot or playing whack-a-... pigeon. Each competition takes place across four rounds of escalating difficulty, but the twist is that there’s up to 30 players in every game. This should give Headbangers a bit of a zany Fall Guys vibe as everyone attempts to do things in time or get the right answer, all in the quest to become the Master Headbanger. It’s looking hilarious, and even has a free battle pass stuffed with unlocks to fly through. The biggest question that remains is - will the music be catchy enough? Rhythm games live and die on their soundtrack, so here’s hoping the developers are getting ready to droppings some fat beats on us.Â
