Think bubbly drinks can only be made in factories? Think again! Make this one at your kitchen table.

What You'll Need:
- cup
- citrus squeezer
- water
- spoon
- 1-2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- sugar

What To Do:
1. Cut the lemon in half and use the squeezer to get as much juice out of it as you can. Make sure to ask a parent or guardian to help when using a knife.

2. Half-fill the cup with lemon juice, and then top it up with water.

3. Using the spoon, stir in the baking soda.

4. Have a taste, and then add as much sugar as you need to make it sweet.

5. Drink up!

What The? The bubbles in your soft drink are actually little balls of carbon dioxide. When you put lemon juice and baking soda together, you make a chemical reaction which causes the fizz.
