Eons before the Arkeyans ruled, Ninjini was the most magical warrior in the land. A dark sorceress, envious of Ninjini's magical skill,entrapped her in the enchanted bottle, forever to become her genie namesake. Most people would give up if they were doomed to an eternity as a prisoner, but it only served to make Ninjini more determined to overcome. In solitude she mastered the art of the dual sword technique - quietly growing in strength and resilience as the years flowed on.

Eventually she grew so powerful - far beyond anything she had been before - that she broke free from her glass prison! In that instant she vowed to help anyone in need as one of the first Skylanders.
