It’s almost time to test your speedrunning skills with over 150 challenging moments from classic NES games! You can challenge your friends on the couch, or compete against players around the world. You can have up to eight players in Party Mode, all on one system. Try to see how far you can push your personal best in bite-sized challenges from 13 games, like racing through the first level of Super Mario Bros., or finding out how quickly you can gobble up an enemy in Kirby’s Adventure. When you complete challenges, you earn a letter ranking, and if you repeat the challenge, your best run will play along with the current one so you can immediately see where you improve or fall behind! If you have never played any of the orig games before, it’s totally fine – this is the perfect game for new players and veterans. There will also be a Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition – Deluxe Set, including a game card, a set of five pins, 13 art cards, and a gold replica NES Game Pak cartridge and stand (to commemorate the 1990 World Championships).
