SUPER SMASH ULTIMATE MINIFIGS

Dig Super Smash Bros. Ultimate? Then LEGO Brawls is for you! This platform fighter has minifigures smashing through iconic LEGO themes to become the ultimate brawler. This is a more chill fighting game than SSBU – it’s more about hits instead of combos, so it’s easy to pick up if you’re a newbie to fighting games!

BUILD YOUR BRAWLER

A massive (and fun) part of this game is the ability to build your ultimate minifig hero and keep customising as you unlock more content. Your heroic brawler could be anything from a space pirate to an alien pilot, a mummy queen to a gingerbread man! Each minifig gets a weapon and can level up with power ups. There are over 77 trillion customisation possibilities. Whoa! 

UNLOCK COOL CONTENT

As you battle your way through the game, you’ll earn studs. The more studs you collect, the more minifigs, power ups and emotes you can unlock to upgrade your brawler. You can unlock gold minifigs from Ninjago – a perfect reason to keep playing!

WACKY WEAPONS

Take on your opponents with a mop, baguette, pie cannon, rocket fist or carrot blaster. Ride a motorcycle, snake car, hot dog cart, or flying machine. There is no weapon or power up that’s too ridiculous!

CHEERING FOR CROSSPLAY

LEGO Brawls first launched on mobile for iOS devices in September 2019, but with this new release for consoles levels up on features and includes cross platform play. The game is available on Switch, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. So if your mate has LEGO Brawls on Xbox One and you’ve got it on Switch, you guys can play together online – just remember to stay safe and privately!

TOP THEMES

You can select a theme to battle in, including classics like Space, Western, Castle and Pirate. Or faves themes like Ninjago, Hidden Side, Jurassic World and Monkie Kid! At the start of a match, players vote on which theme they want to play in the level. Each theme has something unique that you won’t find in other themes, like controlling the T. rex in the Jurassic World theme!

FIERCE COMPETITION

If you are a competitive player or enjoying playing solo, the Brawl Royale and Free-For-Brawl modes are a must play. Brawl Royale is every minifig for themselves to defeat as many players as possible – yep, it’s as chaotic (and fun) as it sounds! Free-For-Brawl is a fast-paced competitive mode where you want to be the last player standing.

TEAMWORK DREAMWORK

LEGO Brawls is also a great co-op game with lots of opportunities for teamwork! Control Point is a 4v4 mode where you have to hold onto a control point so that your team can fill their Vict-o-meter to win. Collect Mode is about being the first team to collect enough bricks. Plus, there’s Party Mode where you can battle with mates in 4v4 online matches.

GAME GLORY

We’re not going to lie, seeing ‘Eliminated by ‘insert your brawler minifig name here’ in the right corner of the screen when you take down an opponent is a good confidence boost and fires up our competitiveness. There are also Global Rank leaderboards too.
