Before Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order hit screens, there was a full-throttle Star Wars games where you could join a top-speed cast of podracers! Like Anakin, you will want Jedi reflexes to tackle the twisting tracks. The finish line feels far, far away, but there’s no Skywalkin’ here. It’s all Sky-speedin’! The major foe standing (or racing) in your way is scary Sebulba. We can dig that this Dug driver loves to win, but his dirty deeds aren’t cool. We love pushing those two giant engines to red-hot speeds in our podracer. What kinda speeds, you ask? Try just below 1000km/h! Sounds pretty impressive for a ride that’s nine metres long and floats a few metres off the ground, right? You may be floating, but you still need to be careful and steer clear of any large rocks, and flame-farting lakes. Yep, for real. Sounds funny, but it’s dangerous! We also recommend keeping an eye out for Tusken Raider shots and damaging meteor showers.
PRO TIP!
Keep your podracer in tip-top shape. During a race, if your power cell status isn’t green like Luke Skywalker’s lightsaber, hold down the repair button. For heavy damage, save repairs until you’re on a straight and have a big lead, to counter the delay. Buy pit droids for better repairs after each race!
