It’s totes EZ to pin the 1-2-3 basics. Step one, mash those light attacks for basic blows. Chuck in some heavy attacks to mix things up. Step two, get grappling. Toss an opponent onto the mat, or fling ’em into the ropes for a classy, bouncy takedown. Step three, flop on a floored foe for that awesome 1-2-3 winning count. Remember, WWE is all about entertainment, so keep your opponent guessing. Chuck in some combos. Block, dodge and interrupt with rad reversals. Or our fave: pop a big-hit finisher while you’re sprinting. The crowd’ll love it. And you will, too! Wrestle solo against big-name IRL wrestlers, including John Cena. Then tag in up to three other IRL pals for epic tag-team showdowns.

See that pop-up for an instant recovery? It’s tempting to mash it whenever you see it, but it’s best to only pop it at the right time. You eat into your character’s blue-bar meter every time you use it. The blue bar builds powerful paybacks and sweet signature moves. Save up for those instead!
