THAT’S DEEP, MAN

You should drop a Brightbloom seed as you’re falling down into the Depths so you can see where you’re going to land. Did you know the Depths are actually a mirror of the overworld? Under every shrine on the surface is a Lightroot in the Depths and each pair even has mirrored names! Plus, under every stable is a Lynel to fight!

BATTLE BLUEPRINTS

Muddle buds are clutch in combat as they make enemies attack one another. You can even use one on a Battle Talus and it will shake off the Bokoblins riding it! Puffshrooms are great too, blinding enemies with smoke so you can sneak strike them from behind! Lastly, Dazzle Fruit stuns most enemies, including Hinox, and will even take out Stal creatures instantly!

FUSION FUN

If you fuse a precious gem to a weapon it will create an elemental rod. Use a ruby for fire, sapphire for ice and topaz for lightning. You can also fuse opals to shoot water! Try fusing these gems to shields too, then defend against an attack for an elemental block! Have you fused a mushroom to a weapon yet? Your attacks will have more bounce, sending enemies flying!

DA BOMB

If you fuse a Bomb Flower to your shield then try and shield surf you’ll do a bomb launch! Don’t fuse one to a weapon though, because when you attack? KABOOM! You can create an explosive javelin by fusing an explosive barrel to the end of a spear. If you fuse a ruby to an arrow and use a multi-shot bow, the explosion will be so big it might take you out!

BATTLE BEES

If you fuse Courser Bee Honey to a weapon you’ll summon a swarm of bees when you attack! Want to summon even more? Fuse it to an arrow and shoot a multi-shot bow! You can even use Courser Bee Honey on a shield. Your enemies won’t bee-lieve it!

• You can fuse the stone blocks that fall from the sky!                 
• If you feed the Dondons near Lakeside Stable Luminous Stones they’ll poop out precious gems!
• You can create slabs of ice by using an ice weapon on water. You can build with them or fuse them!
• Shields fused with springs will vault you super high if you shield surf with them on a low gravity sky island.
• Construct enemies’ eyes will glow just before they attack, so you can use this to time your parry or flurry rush.
