Want the most resources per rock? Course you do! First, find a rock. Stand in front of it. Then turn around and dig a couple of holes behind you. Now bash away at the rock as fast as you can. The holes stop you from being knocked back. And the rock gives up max resources.

ROCKY BELLS

There’s a daily random rock that will give you Bells when you smash it. There’s totes a total of 16,400 Bells to score every day. If you bash it right. Remember to dig holes behind you before bashing a rock. Still getting knocked away before eight rock hits? Dig holes all around you before bashing for Bells!

BURIED BELLS

Still need more EZ Bells? Try this trick. Sniff out the golden-glowing crack on your island. Dig it up for 1,000 Bells. Then drop the 1000 Bells back in the same hole to grow a money tree for three times the cash. Or drop in 10,000 Bells for even more money!

RAINING FISH

Fishing doesn’t always gift you with the kind of fishy finds you’d like. Chasing that underwater shadow might mean just luring in a basic bass. Boo! Fish in the ocean whenever you hear the pitter-patter of rain. Coz rain equals gains. Ocean fishing during rain means the best chance of netting the rarest swimmers!

STAR LORDING

See that shooting star in the night sky? Quickly press A when you see it for a next-day gift. Keep an eye out for groups. When the sun comes up, check the beaches for sweet star fragments. Then use star fragments to craft a wand that lets you transform outfits, Harry Potter styles!

NEW PLACES

Spend 5,000 Bells on clothes from Mabel. Talk to her when she comes back to town to unlock Able Sisters. To unlock the Museum, donate 15 different specimens of bugs, fish or fossils to Blathers. Talk to Timmy after your first house upgrade and give him 30 pieces each of wood, hardwood, softwood and iron nuggets to get Nook’s Cranny.
