Ahoy there, mateys! Trash Sailors sees you sailing into wasted waters. As in, these rivers are stuffed with rubbish, but that junk’s just what you need to stay afloat. The difficulty starts in the shallow end. Steer to avoid objects, reel in real nasty junk to fuel your rickety raft. Plus, repair the hull when you take a hit. Your Oscar the Grouch-like garbage-grinding machine loves nomming trash. Best pay attention to its specific garbage requests. Hurry, coz these floaters won’t stay there forever. But the trash-tracking tasks get trickier the more you sail (and sometimes fail) up the river. Now there’re stacks of obstacles ahead. Plus, grubby, grabby vines that snatch you off your tub, and sometimes sneaky ship stowaways who’re always keen on a boat brawl. Combo-ing ship steering, junk reeling and boat repairs ain’t so EZ now. Good thing Trash Sailors lets you set sail with up to three IRL crewmates.
PRO TIP!
Fishing out floating junk is the most important task in Trash Sailors. If you’re playing with pals, get peeps on dedicated tasks, just like Overcooked! Always have someone fishing junk. Plus, keep someone behind the wheel. In solo play, pick a human sailor over Rob the robot to make life easier!
