How do you beat Eyeclone while the typhoon is going on in Yo-kai Watch 2: Bony Spirits?

Use an Ice Attribute Yo-kai to counter Eyeclone’s Wind Attribute and deal greater damage. Gun for a higher Spirit Statistic, rather than a high Attack Statistic. Now you have options. Focus attacks on Eyeclone’s centre eye to stop his powerful Soultimate Move (the tornado). The tornado Soultimate Move happens when Eyeclone’s health is low. Focusing on the eyes on Eyeclone’s hands decreases his attack accuracy.
