Dyson vacuums are for trapping dust IRL. In sci-fi, Dyson spheres are for trapping stars in the vacuum of space. That sucks, but Star Trek Prodigy: Supernova totes doesn’t. Life is pretty chill on the space-loving U.S.S. Protostar. Until a supernova countdown crashes the party. Uh oh. Now the Protostar is having a crash of its own. Onto a hostile planet surface! Watch out for bully-bot Watchers. These robo-rascals love pinching Protostar parts. And attacking our heroes. Flick phasers off stun and set them to fun. Look dashing while dashing. (Plus, take no damage.) We love star trekking into wild worlds in same-screen co-op. Plus, there’s neat differences between characters. Like, Gwyn is Gamora levels of skilled with swords. She cracks crates (and droid-noggins) in a couple of swings. Plus, there’s this gal’s pal Dal. He’s pro at range with dual phasers. Conquered the first planet? There are others to explore. Plus, plenty of rad reasons to replay stages.
PRO TIP!
The Tricorder objective-marker button is rad. It tells you the direction for your objective (obvs). But it’s totes handy for sniffing out level collectables. At a crossroads? Pull left trigger to see your objective. Now go the other way. There’s usge a collectable reward. Finding those is a great way to unlock cheats!
