NEW RECIPES
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet lets you make stats-padding sandos, but you need to learn ’em first! Nab a few from your in-game mum at home. The rest are at the Every Wich Way sandwich shops. Look for the guy standing next to the counter to master new recipes!
MUM MUNCHERS
Combo green bell pepper, cherry tomato, cucumber, salt, olive oil and vinegar for the Vege Sandwich. This sando boosts teensy, encounter and catching powers. For different boosts, add red onion to the same recipe for the Great Vege Sandwich. Chuck watercress on that for the Ultra Vege Sandwich for even better effects!
XTRA XP
Combo cheese, cream cheese, pepper and salt together for a Cheese Sandwich starter. This’ll give you 30 minutes of extra XP, plus boosts to encounter and raids. Got one gym badge? Get the same buff from slapping together egg, cucumber, salt and mayonnaise for an Egg Sandwich!

LITTLE LEGENDS
Wanna find more small Pokémon? Chow down on a Pickle Sandwich. It’s just pickle and olive oil. This sando also boosts encounter and catching power. With one gym badge under your belt, combo bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo and mustard. The BLT Sandwich gives the same buffs!
HUGE HEROES
Wanna nab more large Pokémon? These recipes need two gym badges. The Hamburger Patty Sandwich is hamburger, onion, vinegar and pepper. Plus, score encounter and catching powers! Or try the Ultra Variety Sandwich for the same gains. It’s hamburger, potato salad, prosciutto, cherry tomato, smoked fillet, salt and vinegar.
BATTLE BITS
Stack more materials after battles with these sandos. Bite into the Jam Sandwich, which is strawberry and jam. It also buffs catching and egg power. Got one gym badge? Upgrade that sando with yogurt for a Great Jam Sandwich. Or try yogurt, whipped cream and two apples for the Dessert Sandwich!
